Multicultural Nelson Tasman celebrates diversity and strengthens inclusion across our region. Through cultural events, education, and community and stakeholder connections, we help migrants, former refugees, and all communities to thrive together in a welcoming, Te Tiriti-based Aotearoa New Zealand.

Multicultural Youth Nelson Tasman (MYNT)
We are a group of vibrant young people aged 13–21 from across Nelson Tasman, united by one vision, creating a paradise of unity. Some of us have lived here all our lives, others have only just arrived, but together we are building a community where every young person feels welcome and proud of who they are.
From multicultural festivals to youth movie nights, radio shows to leadership projects, MYNT is about friendship, culture, and making a real difference.

Community Education and Awareness Workshops
We facilitate community education workshops that strengthen understanding and connection across cultures. Our role is to secure funding, engage skilled facilitators, and create the opportunities for these workshops to take place.
Through this mahi we help ensure that people have access to learning opportunities which promote inclusion, celebrate diversity, and support thriving communities.
